At ConversionMonitor, we want you to be satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued.

1. Merchant of Record

All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are therefore subject to both this Refund Policy and Paddle's refund mechanisms and limitations.

2. 30-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase (the first billing period).

Refunds are not available for subsequent renewal charges, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.

3. Payment Method Limitations

Refund eligibility is also subject to the rules of the payment method used:

  • Card payments must generally be less than 120 days old to be eligible.
  • Other methods (e.g., PayPal) may have different time limits based on Paddle's policies.

4. Grounds for Refusal

We may deny or prorate refund requests in cases of:

  • Fraud, misuse, or violation of our Terms & Conditions.
  • Excessive use of the Service beyond reasonable evaluation during the refund window.
  • Requests submitted outside the 30-day period.

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing times vary but are typically 3–5 business days for card payments (or longer depending on the payment provider).
  • All refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] with your transaction details.

6. No Refunds for Partial Periods

We do not provide refunds or credits for:

  • Partial billing cycles,
  • Unused features, or
  • Periods of inactivity.
